About Us
A Message from Our Founder
For the last 10 years, I searched — through cities, traditions, teachers, and silences — for a way of living that felt whole. Along the way, I met practitioners who could hold space like no clinic ever could, places that healed simply by existing, and communities who had never forgotten what it means to belong to something larger than themselves.
At some point, the searching turned into a question: what do I do with everything I've received?
The answer was simple, even if the work has not been: it's time to give back.
Metta People was born from that answer. Not as a wellness brand, and not as another marketplace competing for attention — but as an act of return. A way to take the wisdom of Vedic, Taoist, and Theravada Buddhist traditions, the generosity of practitioners who have devoted their lives to healing others, and the quiet power of places built with intention, and make them reachable for the people who need them.
We are building a home for conscious living — a way of life rooted in awareness, integrity, and connection to something greater than the self. Not a trend. Not a category. A civilisation-level project, built one relationship at a time.
